Green roofs - a Muncie follow up
The Muncie Star-Press reports that the bids for a green roof on the Justice Center were higher than expected. Also, this is for a partial roof. I did not remember it from my earlier post on Delaware County's green roof proposal. That earlier post is here: http://eclecticdem.blogspot.com/2007/06/green-roofs-why-not-anderson.html.
