Yorktown - economic development mystery

The rumored Clarian move to the Muncie area became even more mysterious this past Monday. The Muncie Star-Press' report on the Yorktown Town Council meeting starts like this:

The town council adopted a commercial zoning ordinance and tabled a public hearing on a disannexation ordinance related to a major economic development project Monday night.

But the identify of the $70 million project, rumored to be a Clarian Health Partners medical facility, remained a mystery. It reportedly will employ 170 people.

I do not know if any disannexation motion ever got so much print as did this one.
