Buying license plates in Anderson

The wife goes to the Anderson license branch today to get plates. The girl at the counter asks the wife if the wife wants tags for our old plates or the new plate. The new plate being the "In God We Trust" plate. Yes, the IGWT plate was described as the new plate.
