Catching Up: Explaining Ann Arbor

I wanted to bring the following response about Ann Arbor out of the comment section. I am still baffled by the links to the original site's comments commands even if think the site is a great one. Think about some of this response and try applying this to any of the following:
  1. The Gas Belt industrial cities.
  2. Any other Indiana cities.
  3. To any proposal for economic development made by anyone living in 1 or 2.
  4. Any economic development proposal made by our Governor.

Taking some of those factors and Anderson might just as well take its bat and ball and go home. That is, if we do not even want to try. See, I think that technology intensive automotive industry left a few things here that might be of use - if we do not let them get away.
