Biden and His Talk of Obama Being Tested

Listening to MSNBC and Dan Rather, Joe Scarborough and Pat Buchanan running on about Biden's comment (which I may try to find). Not hearing anyone mention this: if elected McCain would face the same kind of testing. All Presidents do. Anyone remember our Navy jet forced down by the Chinese?
