A Response to "Here Comes Indiana"

This in via e-mail responding to Here Comes Indiana:

At least their primaries are. Isn't this great! BTW- I heard a bunch of
pundits wringing their hands about the primaries destroying the
party's chances in November. One of them made the statement that these
undecided conventions happened to the GOP in '76 and the Dems in '80 and in
both instances they lost in November. That sounds profound... except...

... in both instances a challenge for the leadership was made against a
sitting president. Reagan challenged Ford in '76 and Kennedy
challenged Carter in '80.

What a bunch of idiots! This has been wonderful to watch and great for
the party.

Amen!
