Tax Increment Financing - or How You Are Making The Rich Richer

Okay, I think that might catch your attention. I figure tax increment financing probably will induce a long, deep sleep. Think about this: tax increment financing is how we get Wal-Mart and Nestle to Anderson. We subsidize them. I read about TIFFs a long time ago in a law review article and I heard nothing different last week on NPR's Fresh Air:
