Finally. What a PITA. Blogger will not let me upload a PDF, so these are JPEG files. From what I see on the desktop, there are ok. I suppose this will take a long time to load. If I am wrong, the cause number is 48do1-0712-pl-01841. Go the fourth floor clerk's office and ask to see the file. It is a public document.
