Streamling Indiana's Governement

What would you change in Indiana's government?

From the August 22 Indianapolis Star:
The Commission on Local Government Reform is seeking public input on ways to streamline local government across Indiana while maintaining a high level of service, its co-chairmen said today.
The article gave the following contact information:
To submit suggestions:
-- Log on to http://indianalocalgovreform.iu.edu
-- Sen e-mail to lgreform@iu.edu
-- Call (317) 261-3025
-- Send written suggestions to Center for Urban Policy and the Environment, 342 N. Senate Ave., #300, Indianapolis, IN, 46204
But also take a look at this post on The Indiana Law Blog which posts on a Fort Wayne News Sentinel article that this commission does not come under Indiana's Open Door Law.
