I jsut ran across this today. KPaul - who is also connected with the Muncie Free Press and the Anderson Free Press - appears prominently. I really like the podcasts of the Elwood Town Council. (Which brings up the question of why Anderson's City Council does not provide podcasts of its meetings?). Here is a link to the site. Elwood should be proud of the site.
