Lawsuit on Anderson school uniforms kind of dead

The Anderson Herald-Bulletin reports the federal court ruled against the parents on their federal claims. The Indiana Law Blog posted a link to Judge Tinder's decision. It is 25 pages long and I have just not had time to read it all. The case returns to Madison County Circuit Court on the state law claims.
