No person shall be rendered incompetent as a witness, in consequence of his opinions on matters of religion.
Actually, I got a few more questions than that one. Here they are:
- Do you not agree that written like this, there is a separation of church and state?
- If not, why not?
- Would you continue to live under a government which expressed religious rights in this language?
