A modest proposal for our more warlike Presidents

I got this in an e-mail from a friend of mine. I say that because I want no one to think this bit of brilliance is mine:

If I were a distinguished U.S. Senator or Rep., the first legislation I would propose is to require the Commander-in-Chief to attend personally all military funerals of U.S. Service men and women. So far that would be 3291 funerals. That should keep him busy and give him some time for reflection.
