Toll Road Troubles?

Just finished reading Rumors point to MIG defaulting on Indiana Toll Road debt from Blue Indiana. The toll road deal probably stands as Mitch Daniels' chief accomplishment of his first term but has fallen off my radar. The deal never impressed me either in and of itself or as a sign of Daniels' business acumen. This confirms my opinion that the lease was just too long but adds another problem: declining revenues may cause us to get back the Toll Road in a worse condition.
