This post almost got a question mark in the title. I have not heard much of Flagship, I know that they once had business plan competition, but we ought to have something like this Empowering Entrepreneurship business competition. Here is what the Muncie Star-Press had to say:

In Wednesday presentations and judging, Jonathan Schwartz was awarded first place in the Innovation Connector's Empowering Entrepreneurship business competition and won $1,000.
