Senator Clinton in Indiana

I missed Senator Clinton at The Wigwam. I had a good excuse - I had yet to get rid of whatever has been torturing my insides. I will regret this for a long time.

Not that I am favoring Senator Clinton. In another year, I would have another answer. In another year, Clinton's competency and intelligence would have been enough of an antidote to eight years of incompetence, ineptitude and arrogance of Bush, Cheney and the Republicans. (Thos equalities are finally coming home to the Republican - see today's Dick Cheney's Error). Unfortunately, Senator Obama has her qualities and one she has done nothing to make apparent: a vision broader than a job applicant.

Still, it is good to have attention on Indiana and on our area of Indiana.

The Indianapolis Business Journal published, Clinton counting heavily on Bayh in Indiana:
"At times yesterday it was hard to tell who was running for president in Indiana - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton or the man who never left her side, Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh, a popular politician and perhaps the former first lady's best hope for winning the state's May 6 primary."
Taking Down Words published Wander Indiana: Hillary, Bill Clinton To Hang Out With Hoosiers This Week. Everyone seems to agree that our junior Senator's ambition to be vice president rides on this election.

From The Muncie Star Press comes ADVERTISEMENT Hillary Hoopla: Clinton visits Anderson Speaking to a crowd that included many retired or laid-off autoworkers, Clinton said she hoped to make Indiana prosperous again. (And which has a link to online video). Ball State's Daily News has Hillary's Hoosiers. Anderson's Herald Bulletin published Clinton regalia hawked outside Wigwam and Hillary to us: ‘Change Would Do You Good’.

I saw a bit of The Wigwam last night on MSNBC - even if they did not identify it as such.

Then there was this from the Evansville newspaper: STREAMING VIDEO: Hillary Clinton's March 20, 2008, campaign appearance in Evansville.
