Delaware Circut 3 Looking Like a Fight

From the Muncie Star Press:
Demos have primary contest for Circuit Court 3 bench:
"Deputy Prosecutor Joe E. Orick, who served 20 years with the U.S. Marine Corps, filed for the Democratic nomination to the bench last week along with Muncie City Court Judge Linda Ralu Wolf."

Circuit Court 5 Judge Wayne Lennington, a Democrat, also has filed for re-election, and also had no challengers as of Monday.

Attorney Tom Cannon Jr., a former juvenile referee for 22 years, also has been mentioned as a possible judge's candidate along with attorney Kim Dowling. Both are Democrats.


Then came
Republican enters Circuit Court 3 race:

"Mark Delgado, 35, also a captain in the Indiana National Guard, filed Tuesday for the Republican nomination to the Circuit Court 3 bench, hoping to succeed Judge Robert Barnet Jr., who decided not to seek a sixth term this year."
