Farmhouse restaurants - an idea for Indiana?

I was reading AT THE TOP IN THEIR FIELD from The Sunday Herald and wondered why this might not work here in Indiana. Yes, I know that success needs both talent and capital, but has not anyone given a thoguht to this kind of operation for Indiana. It does nto sounds quite so different from what some of our wineries are doing.

"NOTHING, IT seems, can hold back Scotland's farm-shop cafés. Our farmers have begun to diversify, realising that nowadays, it's too risky to be only a producer. And with more consumers now keen to cut down their reliance on supermarkets and know more about where their food comes from, their prospects are looking good. Gems discovered to date include Gloagburn, outside Perth, and the excellent Finzean Tea Room near Strachan, on Deeside, but we can now add another to that top-table list: Jamesfield, near Cupar."
