"Rumors that someone wanted to buy hundreds of acres of land near this southwestern Delaware County community began circulating a few weeks ago. And, fairly quickly, a few longtime residents made up their minds. They had no intention of selling their land -- maybe not at all, but certainly not for the going rate for farm fields."
