Sorry about the delay in posts lately. Work has been a bear but I either I was fighting a virus the past two days (the wife's opinion) or I am have more effects from not smoking (almost two weeks without a cigarette). Now everything is behind.
The International Festival seems to be growing but not wildly. I am still a bit uncertain why Mexico was represented by the local Presbyterian church. We did get Eduardo's from Indianapolis to show off Filipino cuisine (I tried the spring rolls and they were great - less filler than Chinese egg rolls, and with a different taste). Good effort, though.
