The expectation is that the government will announce a competition between various energy generators to devise carbon-capture power plants. The winning companies would receive government backing for the final power plant, and we can now expect to see all parties jockeying for position.Hey, Governor Daniels how about stealing this idea? I know it does not involve selling Indiana's assets but it sounds a much better public-private partnership than most of your ideas.

The website provides information about Indiana's biodiesel industry as well as the more obvious soybean farming. Drivers interested in filling their tanks with an Indiana-made, renewable fuel now have soy biodiesel as an option at the GasAmerica Truck Stop off of Interstate 70 near Knightstown, Ind.
