Labor unions hope this exquisitely mistitled act, which the House of Representatives probably will pass this week, will compensate for their dwindling persuasiveness as they try to persuade workers to join.How often does anyone think that Will criticized any piece of Republican legislation with the phrase "exquisitely mistitled"? Especially when Republican legislators mistitled statutes to an extent that can only be called Orwellian?
Will protests too much for me to be convinced that this will be bad legislation. From what little I do know about the problems with unionizing, it will be a helpful piece of legislation.
