Book Meme Tagging

For some obscure reason I have been tagged by Eoin Purcell’s Blog for a book meme. The rules are:
1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people, and acknowledge who tagged you.
The absolutely closest book was Traditional Scottish Cookery. The next closest was Natural Rights Theory. Here is the fifth sentence on page 123 from the last book and the essay "The Separation of Law and Morals":
"This has real, and independent value, even where the substance of what is done falls short of any relevant ideal of substantive value."
I do feel a bit of a cheat still, so here is the same from Traditional Scottish Cookery and recipe for venison pie:
"Simmer gently for an hour, put in the onions and parsley, cover and simmer very gently for a further 1/2 hour or so until the meat is tender, then take off the heat, allow it to get quite cold and remove any fat from the top."
I am not sure now who wrote the more convoluted sentence: the law professor or the cookbook author.

I am not sure who else to tag. republican idiocracy? Masson's Blog? Torpor Indy? Left in Aboite?
