New Business Coming ot Madison County

Mann plans I-69 'trade center' in Madison Co.:

"Mann Properties and Opus Corp. plan a 140-acre industrial park at I-69 and Ind. 13 in Madison County."

The proposed park, called I-69 Trade Center, has room for 1.5 million square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space.

Groundbreaking could occur later this year, the two companies said today.
